"Just an Apple"
This 8 x 8" pastel painting is that ripe, juicy apple that you're always looking for when you go apple picking in an orchard. You really need that kind of source when you're looking for an image to paint, because you hardly every find a beautiful apple in the grocery store that still has a nice stem and leaves, and that contributes so much to the composition and interest.
