Poppy

"Poppy" is a watercolor done on Arches paper in a loose, but realistic manner.  The painted image is approx. 4.5 by 6.5", and is framed with an acid free double mat and black wooden frame to approx. 10.75 x 12.75". It is a nice small accent piece the is ready to hang on a wall but could also be displayed on an easel on a shelf or table.  Just a note, the frame is perfect all around, but my photo is a bit skewed, sorry!  

Chianti - Morning Light

"Chianti - Morning Light" is a pastel on LaCarte paper.   This painting was done from a photo I took while visiting this most beautiful area in Italy.  It was an old walled town and the morning light was just beginning to stretch across the streets.  This painting is 11.75 x 15.75.

Autumn Apples

White Egret

"White Egret" is a watercolor painting done on Arches 140# watercolor paper.  It depicts a white egret "fishing" in the marsh area of a shoreline town.  He is outlined by the dark reflections of the dense grasses and shoreline rocks.  The image is 8 x 13.25" and is matted to 14 x 19.25" with a white double mat.  The painting is done with a layering technique in transparent watercolor.

Summer Window

"Summer Window" is an oil on panel depicting a bounty of flowers against the backdrop of a cottage window.  It is 8 x 10" and is ready for framing or decorating a shelf on a simple easel.  Hope you enjoy the profusion of flowers!
